Although Monroe, and Wisconsin, are famous for their rich beer brewing history, there are classic drink favorites that stand the test of time as well. We believe there is an art in properly making those favorites, so we've taken the time to teach our bartenders how to do just that. While the list below is only a sampling of the drinks we've worked hard to perfectly craft, we're also happy to make you your favorite, your way.
Long before Wisconsin became America's Dairyland, Wisconsin was a beer state. Brewing began in Wisconsin in the 1830s, and by the 1890s, nearly every community had at least one operating brewery, not unlike Monroe today. We frequently change up our selection of craft beers, as well as tried-and-trues, and invite you to come in and enjoy one with us.
Passionate about great service, great food, and great drink, owners Joey and Laura Winters are finally able to cross this venture off their bucket list and welcome you to their dream and vision. The restaurant's decor featurse many an orphaned item, from a 1947 CZ motorcycle that was raced on the salt flats, a bar rescued from a Chicago building to be demolished, to a windmill complete with bullet holes. It will not take you long to notice our unusually named menu items. Well, we couldn't bring ourselves to use our family's names for our kids so, making good on a promise to Grammie Kiper, we have incorporated them here. We hope you enjoy your visit to Northside Pub and Grill and hope to see ya'll again real soon!
From our family to yours... we wish you happy trails and good cheer!
